What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an old and sacred practice that uses conscious breathing to control your nerve system. It can help let go of emotional tension, and increase your awareness.

If you're struggling, stressed and disengaged, or eager to awaken your vitality -your breath is the key.

The Himalayan Healing School, we blend traditional yoga breathing techniques, functional breath exercises as well as conscious connected Breathwork (CCB) for you to help guide you to deep inner changes.
